Day 1: Arrival in Ljubljana – Slovenia’s Vibrant Capital

      Arrival: Land at Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, greeted by a private guide.

      Activities:

o   Check in to a boutique hotel in the city center.

o   Welcome reception and orientation at a rooftop venue overlooking Ljubljana Castle.

o   Evening walking tour of Ljubljana, including the Triple Bridge, Dragon Bridge, and the old town.

      Team Activity: Icebreaker games during a welcome dinner featuring Slovenian cuisine.

      Accommodation: Boutique hotel in Ljubljana.

 

Day 2: Lake Bled – Inspiration by the Water

      Travel: 1-hour drive to Lake Bled.

      Activities:

o   Morning boat ride on a traditional pletna to Bled Island, followed by a team exercise on goal-setting and vision-casting.

o   Visit Bled Castle for panoramic views and a history lesson.

o   Lunch at a local restaurant, including Bled’s famous cream cake (kremšnita).

o   Afternoon hike or e-bike tour around the lake.

      Team Activity: Workshop on communication and collaboration in a serene lakeside setting.

      Accommodation: Lakeside lodge near Bled.

 

Day 3: Triglav National Park – Adventure and Bonding

      Travel: Short drive to Triglav National Park.

      Activities:

o   Morning canyoning or guided hike through Vintgar Gorge, fostering teamwork and trust.

o   Picnic lunch amidst the stunning Julian Alps.

o   Afternoon visit to Bohinj Lake for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.

      Team Activity: Guided reflection and brainstorming session in a natural amphitheater setting.

      Accommodation: Mountain chalet near Triglav National Park.

 

Day 4: Soča Valley – Creativity in Nature

      Travel: 2-hour drive to the Soča Valley, known for its emerald-green river.

      Activities:

o   Morning white-water rafting on the Soča River to encourage teamwork and decision-making under pressure.

o   Lunch in a riverside restaurant featuring locally sourced cuisine.

o   Visit Kobarid Museum to explore Slovenia’s WWI history and draw parallels to leadership in challenging times.

      Team Activity: Creative problem-solving workshop inspired by the region’s history and landscapes.

      Accommodation: Riverside eco-lodge in the Soča Valley.

 

Day 5: Culinary Exploration in the Heart of Slovenia

      Travel: 1.5-hour drive to a picturesque countryside culinary school or farmstead.

      Activities:

o   Start the day with a visit to a vibrant local farmers’ market to select fresh, seasonal ingredients and learn about Slovenian produce.

o   Join a hands-on cooking workshop led by a renowned local chef, preparing traditional dishes like štruklji(rolled dumplings), jota (bean and sauerkraut stew), and potica (sweet nut-filled pastry).

o   Enjoy a communal lunch featuring the team’s creations, served in a beautiful garden or rustic dining room.

o   Visit a nearby honey farm to learn about Slovenia’s centuries-old beekeeping traditions and sample artisanal honey varieties.

      Team Activity: Reflect on teamwork and creativity during the cooking process, discussing how collaboration can create memorable results.

      Accommodation: Return to your lakeside lodge near Bled or stay overnight in a charming countryside guesthouse.

 

Day 6: Piran and the Slovenian Coast – Reflection and Relaxation

      Travel: 2-hour drive to Piran, a charming coastal town on the Adriatic Sea.

      Activities:

o   Morning tour of Piran’s historic old town, including Tartini Square and St. George’s Cathedral.

o   Lunch overlooking the sea, featuring fresh seafood and local wines.

o   Free afternoon to relax at the beach or stroll along the coastline.

      Team Activity: Final reflection session and feedback workshop in a scenic seaside location.

      Accommodation: Coastal hotel in Piran.

 

Day 7: Return to Ljubljana and Departure

      Travel: 1.5-hour drive back to Ljubljana.

      Activities:

o   Morning farewell brunch at a scenic location with closing remarks from team leaders.

o   Optional: Stop at Postojna Cave or Predjama Castle en route to the airport for one last team adventure.

      Departure: Private transfer to Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport for flights home.
